Lithium-ion technology is currently used in electric vehicle batteries (as well as in most portable consumer electronics). However, numerous research projects are currently underway to improve battery autonomy, service life and recharge time, and to reduce the risks associated with thermal management.
The materials used in electric batteries are many and varied, and most of them are recyclable.
